I agree to pay Close Up a nonrefundable and nontransferable planning and booking deposit for the Close Up Program when I register and the entire remaining balance no later than 45 calendar days before the program start date ("final payment date"). Early Bird deposits are also nonrefundable and nontransferable. For this purpose, I understand that Close Up must actually receive my payment in full by that date. If I or my school chooses to cancel participation on or after the final payment date, no refund will be issued for any payments. If I or my school chooses to reschedule the selected program week, I agree to pay all incremental charges incurred in rescheduling and re-booking activities for my participation. Close Up welcomes enrollments at any time. However, if I enroll after the deposit deadline, I agree to pay any additional airline charges Close Up might incur, if there are any. I understand, however, that registration for a program within 45 calendar days of its start date requires nonrefundable full payment at the time of registration.
